Hello Kid Lit Village blog readers! Thank you so much for stopping by. What a year! There has been more than one author or illustrator reach out to me to either cancel or reschedule interviews because of delays. Wonderful books that authors, illustrators and editors have been hard at work creating but now release dates have been postponed due to supply chain challenges.
It must be so disheartening to have a book ready to release, to do all the preparation for release day only to have it postponed. My heart goes out to these creators. And when their books do release, I will have their stories for you here on Kid Lit Village.
So for today, I leave you with some adorable rascally little monsters whom you may wish to get to know.
These monsters love bedtime stories so they are NOT happy to hear that picture books are being postponed but we should be able to console them with some cookies and one of our many recently released Kid Lit Village books. Which is your personal favourite? I cannot choose myself so please don’t ask!
